& Handling Charges We ship by airfreight to most destinations in the world. Your purchases are delivered directly to you by courier. Every order is fully insured by us as part of our service to you. There are two shipping methods we work with: Regular Shipment (monthly to the U.S and Canada) and UPS Special Express Delivery. Regular Shipments are calculated as 4% from your total purchases. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping by courier allows for a faster delivery. Shipping rates are preferential ones extended by UPS to Frank Meisler's customers. Restrictions & Exceptions Please be advised that international shipping may not be available to all countries. Delivery to remote or rural areas may accordingly take longer. Two or more items may be shipped in consignment together, or separately as you prefer. International Shipping Charges The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges will appear during the checkout process, before payment is entered. Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (unless purchased by an Israeli resident and the shipping address is in Israel as well). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs authority. How Do I Pay for an International Order? All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. |
